How it works

Your guide to creating an order of service

Everything here is self-serve and designed to be simple. This guide walks through each page so you can create a dignified, print-ready order of service in minutes — most people finish in 5–10.

On this page

1

Browse designs

What it's for: The Designs page shows all 21 order of service templates so you can find a tone that feels right.

How to use it

  1. 1Scroll the gallery to compare the 21 designs side by side.
  2. 2Use the layout labels (Classic, Modern, Ornate, Photo, Split) to narrow the style you want.
  3. 3Click any design to open it straight in the editor with that template already selected.
2

All products

What it's for: The Products page lists the order of service alongside matching memorial cards, bookmarks, and thank-you cards.

How to use it

  1. 1Browse the cards to see each item, its size, and its price.
  2. 2Items marked “Digital” are delivered as a print-ready file rather than posted to you.
  3. 3Click “Design yours” on any product to start it in the editor.
3

Design in the editor

What it's for: The editor is a guided, step-by-step wizard that turns your details into a finished, print-perfect booklet — no design experience needed.

How to use it

  1. 1Work through the steps along the top: Theme, Cover, Welcome, Order of Service, Inside, then Finish.
  2. 2On each step, type your details — names, dates, the order of service, readings, and hymns — and watch the live preview update on the right.
  3. 3On the Inside step, choose paper colour, a motif, and a heading font to fine-tune the look.
  4. 4Jump back to any step at any time using the stepper; nothing is locked in until you pay.
4

AI wording help

What it's for: Built into the editor, the AI assist buttons suggest dignified wording when you are not sure what to write.

How to use it

  1. 1Look for the AI assist button beside a text field (welcome message, dates, venue line, and more).
  2. 2Click it to drop a suggestion straight into the field.
  3. 3Keep it, type over it, or click again for a fresh take — you are always in control of the final words.
5

Live preview & fine-tuning

What it's for: A real-time preview shows exactly how your booklet will print as you make changes, so there are no surprises.

How to use it

  1. 1Check the preview panel beside the form as you edit — it renders the actual print layout.
  2. 2If text runs long, the preview flags overflow so you can trim it to fit the page cleanly.
  3. 3For full control over placement, open “Advanced edit” to move elements directly on the page.
6

Checkout

What it's for: On the Finish step you add your email and pay once — £9.99, no subscription and no hidden fees.

How to use it

  1. 1Reach the Finish step and enter the email address where you want your PDF delivered.
  2. 2Continue to secure checkout, which is handled by Stripe — your card details never touch this site.
  3. 3Pay the one-time fee to confirm your order.
7

Download your PDF

What it's for: Right after payment you get a print-ready PDF on screen and a copy emailed to you.

How to use it

  1. 1On the confirmation page, wait a few moments while your PDF is generated, then download it directly.
  2. 2A download link is also sent to the email you entered — keep it for later.
  3. 3Print at home, at a local print shop, or upload it to any online printer; 250gsm silk gives a premium finish.
